This notice was submitted by the San Joaquin Treasurer-Tax Collector
Phonxay Keokham, San Joaquin Treasurer-Tax Collector, reminds property owners that the second
installment of the 2021-2022 annual secured property taxes was due and payable on February 1, 2022, and
becomes delinquent after Monday, April 11, 2022. If taxes are not paid by April 11, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., a
10% penalty and $10.00 cost will be added.
The Treasurer-Tax Collector recommends payment of property taxes online or by phone. To make a
payment online or view payment status, please go to sjcttc.org. For your convenience, e-check (electronic
check) payments are accepted free of charge. To pay by phone, please call (866) 954-1829. Payments by
check or money order may be mailed to SJC TTC, P.O Box 2169, Stockton, CA 95201-2169. Payments sent
by mail with a USPS postmark of April 11, 2022, or earlier will be accepted as timely. We also encourage
cash to be exchanged for a check or money order and mailed to our office.
Payments can also be made at the San Joaquin County Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office located at 44 North
San Joaquin Street, Suite 150, Stockton, CA, 95202. The office is open to the public between 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The office will remain open until 5:00 p.m. on April
11, 2022.
