Porchfest Comes To Ripon

The Ripon Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce the inauguration of a new event, Ripon Porchfest,

scheduled for Saturday, July 29, 2023. This innovative community gathering invites homeowners to transform their front porches into performance spaces for local musicians. Attendees can stroll or cycle between residences, taking in the intimate concerts while forging connections with fellow attendees and gaining deeper insight into the local music scene. The event, which is free of charge and family-friendly, will occupy the area bordered by Main St & Doak Blvd., and Robert Ave. & Stockton Ave.

Ripon Porchfest has been conceived as part of the Unity in Our Community initiative – a cooperative effort between the Ripon Chamber of Commerce, Ripon Police Department, and Greet Ripon Magazine. This annual event aims to strengthen bonds within the community while maintaining the unique character and safety of Ripon through public engagement with the Ripon Police Department staff and local residents. Unity in Our Community culminates with National Night Out on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at the Community Center.
